Zoom Phone Admin Guide
This guide walks facility administrators through viewing and editing Zoom Phone settings for their site—call queues, auto-receptionists, assigning numbers and devices, and more. If you have questions, reach out to IT.
Desk Phone Tips
- Move a phone between rooms: unassign from Room A, reassign to Room B in Zoom admin & update the label.
- Transfer a call: press Transfer, dial extension or number, press Transfer again.
- Check voicemail: press the voicemail key and enter your PIN.
Set Up Your Voicemail PIN & Greeting
- Sign into Zoom.
- Click on Phone from the sidebar.
- Click on Settings at the top, scroll to Greeting & Leave voicemail instruction, and click Edit. Choose Add new audio to upload or record your greeting.
